All products are luxury leather goods, handcrafted and made to order. Product images are presented as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour, grain and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the products and the natural characteristics of leather. Such variations are a feature of craftsmanship, not defects.

By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of materials; in such cases any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

Because products are made to order, production begins after order confirmation. Estimated production and delivery times are indicated on each product page and in the order confirmation. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, though we make every effort to respect them.

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are final. NOSTRADOVUS SRL is not registered for VAT purposes; no VAT is added to the displayed prices. Shipping is complimentary worldwide and is already included in the price you see — no additional shipping cost is charged at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details.

The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.

We ship worldwide. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

For standard-model products you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Products personalised to your specifications (e.g. engraving, bespoke modifications) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Romanian law (OUG 34/2014).

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU and Romanian consumer law. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us at contact@nostradovus.com and we will repair, replace or refund as provided by law.

All content on this Website — designs, product shapes, images, text, logos and the NOSTRADOVUS name and mark — is the property of NOSTRADOVUS SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts. As a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
