Return & Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian OUG 34/2014.

This right applies to all standard-model NOSTRADOVUS products, even though they are made to order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU) — for example: engraved initials, bespoke colours or materials requested by you, or design modifications made at your request. This will always be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout before you order.

Within the 14-day period, notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement:

• Email: contact@nostradovus.com, subject “Withdrawal — Order #[number]”
• You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You then have 14 days from your notification to send the product back to: NOSTRADOVUS SRL, Str. Cerbului 39, 545300 Reghin, jud. Mureș, România.

You may handle the product only as you would in a boutique — to establish its nature and characteristics. The product must be returned unused, with all protective elements, tags, dust bag and original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary, and we may deduct such diminished value from the refund.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not supplementary costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option), within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earliest. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you, unless the product is defective or not as ordered. We recommend insured, tracked shipping — the product remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, all products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@nostradovus.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will cover return shipping and, at your choice as provided by law, repair, replace, or refund in full.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a model, withdraw from the original order (where the right applies) and place a new order.
